DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026
GFXPeer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how to respond if your own content was removed in error.
Non-Affiliation & Third-Party Disclaimer
GFXPeer is an independent catalog and search index. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Domestika, GFXDrive, Telegram, Skillshare, Udemy, or any other third-party platform, file host, course provider, trademark owner, or content owner mentioned on this site.
This site does not host, upload, store, distribute, sell, or reproduce any third-party files, courses, or content. We only collect, organize, and index publicly available links and product/course information for discovery purposes — similar to how a search engine or web directory may list third-party websites.
All trademarks, logos, course names, product names, and content belong to their respective owners. Mention of any third-party service, platform, or provider does not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Download links and external resources referenced on this site are provided solely by third parties. We have no control over, and bear no responsibility for, the content hosted on third-party file providers. If you wish to report infringing content directly to a file host, please contact that provider using their own DMCA process.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content listed on GFXPeer infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on GFXPeer where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Your contact information — address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified listing (the index entry and link) onGFXPeer. Note that removing a listing from GFXPeer does not remove the underlying file from the third-party host — for that, contact the hosting provider directly.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If content you posted or listed was removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
Repeat Infringers
GFXPeer may, in appropriate circumstances, remove or restrict access to content from sources associated with repeat copyright infringement.
